As a leading enterprise in medical imaging printing and digitalization technology, Huqiu Imaging adheres to a development philosophy that merges technology with sustainability. The new industrialization base spans approximately 31,867 square meters, with a total floor area of 34,765 square meters, housing office spaces, R&D centers, testing labs, coating material workshops, coating workshops, slitting workshops, and smart automated warehouses.

The facility incorporates solar power generation units, energy storage systems, and 60% of its production line energy demand is met by recycled steam energy from nearby power plants. A cloud-based energy management platform enables real-time scheduling, granular monitoring, and closed-loop control of total energy flows, materializing the operational blueprint for a carbon-neutral smart facility.

The site features full 5G network coverage and has been included in the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s *2024 5G Factory Directory*. All equipment and production processes are monitored in real-time through an industrial informatization platform and 5G IoT industrial control systems, managed centrally for full automation.

Phase II of the base will expand into six automated production lines. Upon completion, the company will rank among the world’s leading manufacturers of medical films and high-quality printing consumables.

The commissioning of the new base not only enhances production capacity and technical capabilities but also lays a solid foundation for future growth. Phase III planning reserves space for six additional production lines to meet market demands across industrial, civil, and medical sectors.
