International Sales Representative (Russian Speaking)

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with management to integrate territory growth strategies at a group level.

- Responsible for achieving product sales to new and established accounts to accomplish sales objectives and greater market penetration.

- Builds and maintains strong relationships with new sales prospects, existing customers, and internal support personnel.

- Responsible for the entire order processing from the inquiry to the order, and maintain direct contact with customers to answer questions and resolve issues before, during and after sales.

- Research and reports marketplace and competitive information for sales strategy planning.

- Responsible for new business development through networking, prospecting, lead generation and lead follow-up. 

- Create and establish new accounts and follows up on collections.

- Develop and maintain sales forecast, and relay relevant market information to management.

- Familiar with online B2B platforms.

Qualifications:

- Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing/business related programs preferred

- Minimum two years experience in international B2B sales (medical-related preferred)

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in Russian and conversational English

- Strong interpersonal, persuasive, problem-solving, negotiations, and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong work ethic, trustworthy and sense of integrity

- Willing and able to travel as needed
